Ground for the Holidays!
Join us as we ground together using Restorative Yoga and Thai Bodywork techniques to care for ourselves before the holiday season! Our session will end with a guided Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Self-Massage) to your face, hands, and feet as our gift to you!
Thai Yoga is a therapeutic practice that combines yoga, meditation, stretching and massage. During this workshop students will experience the calming and relaxing postures of Restorative Yoga. Each posture will be held for several minutes while the practitioner works one on one with each student to increase flexibility and mobility. During this practice, hands on assists and massage will be performed. Students will also be taught various Ayurvedic self-massage techniques (Abhyanga) to help alleviate tension in their face, hands and feet.
Please wear socks and long pants as well as bring 2 old towels and a blanket with you. Cost: $40/person
